Our school tuckshop is owned and operated by our school P&C and run with paid staff and, with the help of our school parent/grandparent volunteers. We are members of ASCA (Australian Schools Canteen Association) and follow the Queensland Government Smart Choices Healthy eating strategy.
Tuckshop is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday starting each morning from 8.15am serving breakfast of hot and cold food and drink items (Bacon and cheese bowls, Ham and cheese melts, fruit, pikelets, toast, fruit bread, custard, granola cups etc). Parents and staff can purchase coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold drinks or a breakfast on the go during our breakfast period.
To place an order at tuckshop you can either visit us each morning where we have area set up for parents and students with bags and menu's or pre write orders out at home and drop in our drop box. If you are unable to come to the tuckshop you can place your order via the Qkr! app as below.
Donations and Volunteering
Our volunteers help out on a monthly, weekly or fortnightly roster. If you would like to volunteer in tuckshop please come and see us, send us an email or give us a call. Are you someone who likes to help out but can’t do the physical side of volunteering? Tuckshop loves to receive donations of dry good (flour, tinned beetroot, soy milk, cocoa, coconut, sugar, tea bags, etc) and fresh fruit.
Tuckshop is a nut free environment and works closely with staff and administration in regards to children with allergies, though we cannot guarantee all foods are allergen free.
We are happy to accommodate you wherever we can so please
contact us with any queries.
